I’m working on a cardigan and divided for the fronts and backs. I have 36 sts for the right panel. It has a garter stitch edge and there rest is worked in stockinette stitch. I’ve made it to row 9 of the right front. Row 9 is a right side row and the instructions are:
Bind off 7 sts, cast on 7 sts, k8, m1, sm, k to end of row. I cannot figure out how to cast on the seven sts and which needle are the sts cast on. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance. Here is a picture of where I’m stuck at.
