No face is one of my favourite characters of all time

Devastatingly when I was 5 my grandma passed away but before she did she gave me the dvd of spirited away, I watched that movie so many damn times growing up it’s crazy and even though he has a scene that gave me nightmares, I for some reason found such a connection to no face, I started crocheting at the start of this year and am so grateful I can make multiple of this guy

Honestly, I’m terrified of no face. I saw the movie when I was 7, with a really bad fever/cold, and I had taken night medicine. I watched the whole thing drowsy, and I was delirious and confused. I now know that I will not fall asleep with sleeping medicine easily. I usually outlast it and stay awake the whole time the dose is supposed to work. This very scene is what I remember most out of the whole movie. I really need to see it again when I am well.

Honestly I soooo get it! I was so scared of him for so long but then when I started watching it more and more when I grew up it wasn’t as scary/I understood him more ya know!

The creator of Spirited away said “ There are many people like No Face in our midst…it’s the type of person who wants to latch on to others but doesn’t have a sense of themselves, They are everywhere”
And I love that so much, I used to be that!
