Though I don’t have any pattern in mind I have seen a valentine duck (probably not the quickest and I will see if i can find it) or just a simple 3-d heart I have seen ones that are no sew. Another idea is maybe heart tapestry, heart granny squares (they can be coasters), and possibly a leggy heart. They are like leggy frogs but a heart with legs. Hope this helped and I will look for those patterns.
