I was thinking about the rain boots and I think since duck feet are so large you could do the rain boots legging style where you leave the shoes without a bottom so the feet can poke through.

Maybe a tiny rain coat, like kinda a poncho that matches the umbrella 
the little round beads are adorable the brown is my favorite but they are both cute
