Paid PDF Won't Generate

Hey! I’m still fairly new to Ribblr. I’ve been writing my own pattern using Ribblr and decided to pay to download the PDF without the watermarking. I see that I have to generate it just like if I was using the free one, however the PDF is never loaded. The web browser times out and I get a error code saying ribblr.com can’t handle this request. If anyone has any helpful tips I’d greatly appreciate it.
