I cant see your shop on your acxount have you tried logging out and then back in again the smae thing happened to me and that was the solution :))
I don’t think there’s anything I can do on my end! Sorry about that.

You have to log out of Ribblr, wait a minute or two then log back in. This fixes it most of the time If not, message Ribblr for further assistance
