Question… Because I have not run into it yet.
How are you selling the pdf of the pattern here?
I’m not trying to be difficult, I make and sell a lot of patterns and have not figured out how to do the pdf thing.
Also, is the chart in the ribblr interactive chart format? It doesn’t say those are included in the spot it usually says “media included”

It lets me add pictures and files, including PDF. I put a picture of the graph in the first “line” of instructions and then the PDF on second line. After that is the line by line of Ribblr format. There’s a photo icon and a PDF icon that has to be clicked to open them.

Ah, I see. Mine look a little different because I enter the charts (and everything else) into the interactive format only.
