Hello its been some time for me being on here, so I decided to work on a new pattern for my Ribblr. I’m finding it really hard cause its not letting me copy and paste on it? is this new or happening to anyone else?
Can you explain what you mean by copy and paste on it? Do you mean you’re trying to copy the lines in the Ribblr e-pattern or copying the lines from another source you have your pattern on?

so I got my patterns all on canva so I was copying to put on ribblr but ribblr wont let me paste anymore, it used too

Are you on the app or website? What device/model are you using? I can’t say for certain what it is since I’ve never done that before but a designer who has may be able to provide more insight, hopefully!

What model like windows, Chromebook, etc
Also what search engine are you using? Not sure if this could have anything to do with it but perhaps try a different search engine and see what happens

Please select only the text on Canva. Then copy & paste to Ribblr

How did you try copy and pasting? Ctrl + C and then Ctrl + V or with the right click? I have no idea if that changes things

Hello,
I used to be able to copy and paste text from my e-pattern on my PC, but now I can’t do it. I wonder if it is only me, or if it has been disabled ? It makes it very long to transfer my pattern from PDF to Ribblr (or the opposite) because I have to type it all again by hand.

You’re not the only one, I just moved this post to another one so it can be kept all together to be looked at
What search engine are you using? I believe Ribblr is also asking for a video to be sent to them as well

To create a PDF from your Ribblr ePattern please use ‘create pdf’ feature. click here for more information.

i cant email won’t allow me to send a video more then 2 seconds long.
i used edge and firefox same problems
Please email us the pattern you are trying to copy from to support@ribblr.com
Also, please try using Chrome and see if it works.
