So basically the stitches in the pattern I was making didnât add up, and I tried to contact the designer, but then it said this:

it could be that someone in the testing gc youâre inâs account was deleted, or potentially banned. if itâs just the designer youâre contacting, maybe their account was deleted?
i would suggest checking the original testing post and making sure the designerâs account is still there
if their account doesnât exist anymore, contact ribblr through a pm or dm to tell them to remove you from testinf

ahh, so youâre messaging the designer, and that error message is showing up? it could be a glitch or their account truly is gone.

Can you send the name of the designer? Could be that theyâve deactivated their account
maybe you could report it to ribblr for them to have it checked out, and they can contact the designer for you!!!
Sometimes they can be a private account. Thatâs what happened to me with one of my testers and they have a private account.
Contacting them isnât possible even if you arenât testing because itâs as if the account never existed
Can you link the pattern? We may be able to help figure out how to fix it or someone may have made it before amd could help
