I have no idea, lol. If you mean why we can use only 3, I think it’s bc of the same reason as we can not type in all caps. Some people find it stressful, or something like that. And if you’re talking abt the fact, why they’re never enough…I think it’s because some people like to express their opinions a bit more, sorry for so long response, lol.
