hi! so when i make patterns or design them, i usually find it hard to take good photos. the best photos i take are outside, but i don’t know what im gonna do when it snows. does anyone have any photography tips?

i personally like to have the same background or appeal with great lighting for my pictures! i have this lengthy bush in my from yard and i take my pictures there. lighting and environment is highly important and you want your subject to be the first thing you notice.

I’m not sure snow’s going to be much of a problem, unless it’s like a snowstorm–then it might be better to take a photo another day  Since snow is generally white, it will likely make your colors pop more than against other backgrounds, so it might not be a bad thing!
If you have enough cold weather, you could make something like a snow lantern (in Sweden this is a thing–you make snowballs, put them in a circle, and then build it up to shape a cone which you pour ice over and then put a candle inside–it can be very pretty). Snow is so versatile when it comes to making decorative things, if that’s something you like to do
Besides, snow makes for unique photos–there are many places around the world that don’t ever get snow!

Maybe use a table, board, or prop to sit your items on I also like taking my pics outside as well as inside with a window open!
