I have finished my Piglet. I think he is so cute, and huggable! I have started Pooh and bought yarn from Michaels that matched his color almost perfectly! I bought what the pattern called for. Pooh is half done and I ran out of yarn! The store and website are out of stock. I just want to cry!!! How do you run out of Classic Mustard Yellow Yarn at a main chain of craft stores!!!
Moral of the story:. Always but two extra skeins of any special color yarn. Better to return unused skeins than try to find more!

I did a Piglet back in 2024. He came out so cute but SOOOO big. I totally miscalculated the yarn size (I had only been doing what I call stuffies for a few months). The pattern said 12" so I was game. I used chunky yarn instead of standard yarn. He ended up being 3ft…lol. The person who ordered him still happy (the stuffie was the size of her 5 yr old daughter). I had that same issue with the yarn color so I used the closest one I could find which had sparkles on it. I was like"who doesn’t like sparkles" but yeah it totally puts a bummer on the project.
The plastic was on it to protect it during transport
