I’m going to be working on a pattern soon and wanted to know your favourite method for a cardigan. I’m undecided on which type to design for as they both have their own pros and cons.
Raglan Cardigan or Hexagon Cardigan

I normally prefer pullovers
For cardigans I prefer no buttons or buttonholes to hassle with. I’ll deal with hand sewing a zipper but don’t like buttons.
I prefer that they not be bulky or boxy. And out of lightweight yarn.

All I know for sure right now is I will be using 100% cotton 4 ply weight so it should be nice and airy

Ivve never seen a raglan cardigan! But ive made a hexagon cardigan with acrylic & i love it!

I’ve never made one but I love raglan cardigans! Definitely love the top down of it, however they both are great choices!
