Hello Ribblr team,
I noticed that some of the pictures I upload on the first page don’t get saved properly. I wait until the image is uploaded, then I exit the pattern and there is no cover picture. When I go into Ribbuild again, there is no image saved.
Could my pictures be the wrong file size? I thought I’d check with you in case it’s a bug.
The files I’m trying to upload are jpg and I’m using Safari.

We’re treating this as a bug and looking into it.
Can you kindly share which device you’re using and possibly send us the photos via email? It’ll help us test & fix this quickly

Sure, I sent the photo to hello@ribblr.com. Is that correct? I used an older MacBook to upload the file. Let me know anytime if you need more info.

I can confirm this was a small issue on our end that has been identified and will be fixed on our next release. For the time being, I recommend just waiting around 30 seconds after the photos have finished uploading before you exit the pattern.
