Posting a pattern

I need help. It has been 1 month and 2 of my testers aborted and the other 2 haven’t started. It is a project on a knitting machine and I am starting to lose hope. One of my friends has a knitting machine. Should I just ask her to test it and then post the pattern?
(I know no one will make it anyway, but I like sharing my art with the world)

You could do that but maybe post another tester call. I myself does not have a knitting machine but otherwise I would test I’m sure people would make it.

I’m so sorry this happened to you. A very low amount of people on ribblr have knitting machines, and even less actually seem to test knitting machine patterns. I wish I could test for you, but sadly I have only a 40 peg knitting machine. I still think you should post your pattern, with or without a test. There are many patterns here without tests or journals.

Sorry you couldn’t find testers, most people don’t have knitting machines.
You don’t have to have it tested at all. It would be nice if your friend made it, but just make sure you aren’t pressuring her. And most patterns aren’t tested, so it is totally fine if yours isn’t.

I’m so sorry, that has happened to me before and it is the most annoying thing!:sob:
I think you should ask her! Not all patterns are tested, so you could just leave it be if you want?
