I think it’s in Canadian dollars (just checked the conversion, it matches)

It still shows me your original prices.

I think costomer mode is in candain currency and owner mode may be in american. It doesnt say C on the owner mode.

looks like the prices are in different currencies, the top one is $ and the bottom on is C$. (I might be COMPLETELY wrong so sorry about that!)

I am pretty sure the price you set is the money you earn and the price the customer sees is the price with Ribblr fees/taxes

Currency conversion wouldn’t come into play here for you because I assume your shop and account are in Canadian currency, so the prices would look different for someone who lives in America or the UK

My theory:

Seeing as owning a shop and selling patterns on Ribblr is ā€˜free’, they make their money by marking up the price to accommodate the Ribblr fees so they can earn a percentage (royalties) of your sale as well, but whatever you set your price to is what you earn. In this case, $2.44 or $3.49

Is your shop set to USD or CAD? Looks like maybe set to USD, but would show CAD for you if you are looking at it as a customer. Since I am in the US, any prices set as CAD for the shop owner will show up as USD for me as a customer.

i believe theyre just different currencies, as one says C$ and one just says $

This isn’t a solution but can I just say that tic tac toast is the cutest thing ever!! Pattern making goals here, people!

Most likely your shop currency is set to USD (which is different from the currency you view as a user, on the site). You can contact Ribblr to get it changed to CAD.
