Soooo I was viewing my shop as a customer⦠an my prices changed? It got more expensive when I viewed it as a customer and I wanna know if my prices arenāt what I wanted it to be
I am pretty sure the price you set is the money you earn and the price the customer sees is the price with Ribblr fees/taxes
Currency conversion wouldnāt come into play here for you because I assume your shop and account are in Canadian currency, so the prices would look different for someone who lives in America or the UK
My theory:
Seeing as owning a shop and selling patterns on Ribblr is āfreeā, they make their money by marking up the price to accommodate the Ribblr fees so they can earn a percentage (royalties) of your sale as well, but whatever you set your price to is what you earn. In this case, $2.44 or $3.49
Is your shop set to USD or CAD? Looks like maybe set to USD, but would show CAD for you if you are looking at it as a customer. Since I am in the US, any prices set as CAD for the shop owner will show up as USD for me as a customer.
Most likely your shop currency is set to USD (which is different from the currency you view as a user, on the site). You can contact Ribblr to get it changed to CAD.
