So the market Im going to, I I actually thought I was going to a different one. At that one, none of the crochets were selling. But I’m actually going to a different one, which I’ve never been to! Which isn’t ideal bcs I want to see how well crochets sell……anyway! I have no clue at what to price my crochets. I want to do them a lot cheaper than usual so I will sell more. For example, I’m charging 1.50$ for a pickle that took me about an hour. Like I said, very cheap. But then idk what is TOO cheap, or TOO much…this is my first time selling stuff so uh ya. I’m planning on making about 40 plushies. Is that enough?
for bracelets, i combine the price of the materials, then take how long i spent on it (usually 30 mins) and i divide it in half. then i take the sum, and multiply the material prices. hope that makes sense. if not, ima write it again here:
example: my beads costed 0.9 cents, and wires added an 0.3. i add that together (i usually have more but im rlly lazy) and get 12 cents. then, i takw the time i spent, which is 30 minutes, and split it in half to get 15. then i multiply the 12 cents by 15, getting the total. if the number is above 15 dollars, i cut it down a bit. if its under, i add a bit. hope this helped :3
Often depends on your area, but 1.50 is too cheap. What size is the pickle? The lowest I am going is probably around $4 for small items.
Uhhh the pickle is two inches and one is one and a half inches
I would say 2.50 for the pickles each is a good price but if you make minis you can sell them for 1.00. Its rlly cheap ik but I went to a market and sold some crochet and clay stuff and I ended up negotiating the price alot based off of ages and how much I think they would value it so take that as you will :) if people REALLY like them then up the price! if people aren’t suuuuper into them then lower a lil ya know? it’s alr to be flexible
Those are tiny For that size, I make into keychains and can sell for $4 or $5
Y’a i think I’ll decide btwn 2 and 2.50 . That makes sense, Ty!
Im also doing a market soon id say look on etsy and find a suitable price thats is closets to your product for example my pickles are £6
Its just easier this way
To find others being sold and finding a price near to it so u get an idea
