Problem uploading pics

I’m having issues with uploading pics into my journals since yesterday. They just upload as a black space. There’s no symbols or anything just black space. Please help!? Thanks :blush:

That’s really weird, have you been waiting for it to reach 100% and finish loading in? Also for the photos in the journal are you using a photo you took on your phone and loading it into Ribblr or using the cameraa here on Ribblr?

Try lowering the resolution of your camera, sometimes high-resolution photos take too much memory, especially if you have other apps open on your phone.

Its happening whether I use a photo or use the camera.

I reduced my resolution and it’s still happening

I just tried mine and it worked, I wonder if it has anything to do with your phone type? I use an android, also not sure if this would matter or not but do you upload the photo first then write or write then add photo?

I use an android as well. It’s worked before…just started doing this yesterday. I’ve tried writing then adding the photo or not writing and putting photo first. Tried adding, deleting and adding again. Nothing is working

Are you using the photo editor on Ribblr or keeping it the same?

It’s gotta be a glitch/bug hopefully it gets fixed, although I wonder if anyone else has this problem, unless it’s the actual pattern itself causing it but I doubt it, what pattern are you making this journal on, or are you testing a pattern?

It’s happening on any test pattern I’m doing. I’ve done 3 and it’s happened on all of them

What about just regular patterns you own? If it’s just the test patterns then that’s probably where the bug/glitch is happening

@Ribblr I tried a regular pattern and it worked. I also tried one of the test patterns that wasn’t working and it worked. But it’s still not working on test pattern journal for Dancing Queen hat.

Hopefully @Ribblr is able to figure it out and fix it, I think you’ll have to wait a bit and try it again later just in case to see if starts working again, if the tester is requiring you to submit photos at specific times you can always PM them the photos as well until the journal works again
