Mostly my friends cheer me up but I also have this thing I found on Pinterest and it says, I’m proud of my heart, it’s been played with, broken, and burnt, but it still works.

Whenever I am upset my something, I usually just go to my room and read or chill for a while until I feel ready to go back to whatever I was doing. I don’t get that upset often, but when I do this always works for me :slight_smile:
