OOH IM FIRST!!! I usually use weight 4 yarn cuz it’s cheap and easy to work with. However, I do like working with chunkier yarn occasionally!

weight four worsted 
(and super chunky to make stuffies, but chunky yarn is not the best to work with, especially the ones that shed. I always end up with rainbow colored snow in my room )

Sport because i use cotton for amigurumi allot

I like making amigurumi, and use weight 2 (fine, for hook sizes 2,5 mm to 3,5 mm) cotton to make it! I just love how smooth it is and how clean the result looks! (Little to no small fibers sticking up/out 
)
If I want to make bigger amigurumi, I’ll go for weight 4 worsted weight. But I love the smol plushies better

I like to use 6 super bulky because it always makes the best plushies (HIIIII sorry I’ve been offline for so long

It honestly just depends on what im making! Amigurumi is probably a weight 6 (super bulky), clothes probably a weight 4 or 3 since it just depends on the warmth i want lol, and just for random projects i use Weight 4 the most lol.
So based of of that 3-6 lol

I don’t think I have a favourite yarn weight. I never look at these data, if I see a yarn and I like the feel and color, I buy it.
