written patterns. I always end up speeding up the video tutorials so i can just copy down the written pattern instead of following along im too fast for them heheheh

100% written patterns. if a pattern only has video instructions, i tend to write them down in a personal notebook for reference (obviously not shared with anyone else). this is mainly because i tend to like watching other videos, playing music, or listening to audiobooks while crocheting!

100% written. The video tutorials are too slow 
, and I like to read ahead before starting haha! So if there isn’t a written version, I’ll usually check the comments to see if anyone has typed it out for those that like written patterns

I didn’t know the written ones until I learned them from videos and now I choose written(if it’s a simple pattern) but I still need the videos sometimes.
