Does anyone else get dizzy/motion sick when you’ve been working stitches for too long, or is that just me?

It happens to me when i sit down with my head down crocheting while also being dehydrated and being stick in crochet paralysis mode

No, I just get bored, cause I talk to myself too long (usually only when I sc multiple rows). I mostly get sleepy in the car when I crochet tho-
