Would you ever pay for personalized crochet pattern recommendations?
Example:
beginner-friendly patterns
patterns matched to your yarn stash
cute patterns in your preferred style
low-sew / quick projects / marketable items etc
I’m curious if this would actually help people or if people prefer searching themselves 
What would make a service like this worth paying for to you?

I think all of those would help and do great, honestly.
I love the yarn stash thing. I also believe that the more customizable you can make a pattern, the better it will sell. Good luck! Lmk if it works out. I’d totally go for something like that tho.

Personally I would never pay someone for a pattern recommendation. If you were designing a custom pattern, then yes. But never for someone else to do a google search for me. Plus Ribblr is such a helpful community where tons of people would do that for free.
Maybe you could start a blog that runs ads for revenue where you recommend patterns in different categories
