hi yallz! i have jst a random question. When under stress, how do you cope? For me I vent or I spend time with my family :blush:

Crochet, cry, crafts, paint, draw, cuddle with dog, go be with my girlfriend, stuffies, shop, sleep cause you can’t be depressed if you’re not awake, scroll YouTube mindlessly

I vent to my friends on the rare occasion but mostly just internalize it because I feel too bad :sob:-
along with that, i listen to a song on repeat while drawing

when I’m stressed at home, i either scribble aggressively or make bracelets. when I’m stressed at school i just end up crying because who likes school​:+1:

usually sleep, drink (possibly too much) water, cry a bit, then pet my dog :grinning:

When i am stressed, overwhelmed and having panic attacks at school i just try to push it away
When i am stressed, overwhelmed and having panic attacks i sit in a corner with my headphones on blasting harry potter and crocheting or just sitting with harry potter in my headphones calming down

I crochet with heavy metal music blasting and kitties in my lap.

Or a long walk in the forest always gets my head back.

i tend to sleep, listen to music at a dangerously high volume, isolate myself (especially from family), draw, bother my cats, and either eat way too little or way too much (i don’t recommend)

when i got stressed or overwhelmed at school i’d usually freeze up/stop talking. sometimes i’d cry lol

If I’m stressed in public, I don’t rlly do anything, but at home I’ll try to crochet or something. I usually end up doing something like biting my nails or scratching at my arms and hands though.
