I love your imagination!!!
Also love that you combined a potato and an apple, because one of the few things I remember from my single h.s. French class is that potatoes are called pommes de terre, or apples of the earth.
No idea why that stuck, but it makes Queen Rosacea Applebottom even more adorable to my mind!!!

A cool cucumber (“cool as a cucumber”)
A royal pomegranate (those stems are crowns, right?). If you want to incorporate ancient historical context, you could use a pomegranate head on a wheat stalk body.
