Help? I hope i am doing this right, i have never made a post. But i am trying to scroll thru patternsā¦. And the app keeps just reloading over and over and over ā¦ like i was just staying in one spot and it wouldnt stop! So i keep losing my placeā¦ and its frustrating.

iām not exactly sure how to fix this problem- but we could do some basic troubleshooting!
- clearing the appās cache
- checking that you have the latest version of the app
- restarting your phone
- checking wifi connection
does the website work for you?

Thank you! I will try those nowā¦ the app usually does work for meā¦ sometimes it wont load at all. It just gives me the thinking sign. But the cache one, maybe that will fix that as well. So i will try it n see if it gets better. I appreciate your help!
Update: Iā¦ dont know how to clear the cache. Haha!! Do they have a way to do it on this app? Or do i have to on my phone cuz i have an iphoneā¦ come to think of it, i have never cleared any cache ever. Sooo thats prolly why my phones soā¦ janky
