Ribblr needs to fix!

Don’t get me wrong ribblr is such a good app for crochet. BUT it’s literally so laggy I checked my wifi and it’s strong. I assigned a tester for my coaster pattern I checked it everyday but it didn’t show? Then i literally posted a post saying “I didn’t get feedback” but then I checked it again and it’s there! She did such a good job thanks to @Sashacrochets! The pattern will be releasing today! I owe a apology to her since I misunderstood. But other then that everything’s good​:squinting_face_with_tongue::squinting_face_with_tongue::squinting_face_with_tongue::squinting_face_with_tongue::squinting_face_with_tongue::squinting_face_with_tongue::squinting_face_with_tongue:! This has also been happening to my friends on ribblr idk if it’s happening to you guys. But this app lags for me so much!:pensive_face::pensive_face::pensive_face::pensive_face:

Ribblr is working perfectly fine for me, not laggy at all…it could be your device you are using, it might be slow.

To help us get to the bottom of this we need to understand more.
What do you mean specifically by lagging?

Is it that your app works slowly or that actions you’ve taken are then not found by you?

I can’t exit out of Ribbuild or if I’m using a pattern whenever I click exit it doesn’t let me go out. Even if I try for like 10 min. Also it hasn’t been showing me my patterns because I needed to make a small edit on one. Also like the reason in my post I couldn’t see my testers review until like 20 days after she posted it on my pattern. There are some minor glitches but I don’t really mind them.

We will need a video please of each of these issues. We appreciate the report and need more details as we cannot replicate it on our end nor did we receive any other report. This will allow us to speed up fixing any issues. Please include your device name and model including operating system. Thanks!

sometimes theres like a lot of load. For me its not laggy.
Maybe try clearign out ur desktop or smthg
