I have purchased a few books by @knotmonster that contain patterns also listed here on Ribblr. I would love to review those patterns and sell makes based on them, but it doesnât look like thatâs possible unless the pattern is purchased here.
Is there a simple solution for this that Iâm over looking?
You might be able to using the Ribblr+ feature that lets you add a pattern to your library. Then you could probably create journals and makes for that pattern. I donât think itâs possible to review the original patterns on Ribblr though, without having them in your library (and the designer wouldnât be able to receive royalties from makes you sell).
I asked the designer once to gift it to me here so I could share the makes but got no response.
This is correct. You can also reach out to the designer like @HookedByMarilyn mentioned but itâs up to them whether they want to gift you the pattern
