Editing to add that I meant other people’s stats are incredible, not mine. I wrote this when I was tired.

Also I hope the I need to feed myself more in 2026 wasn’t a clue that feeding Ribblr is ending because I have my longest streak ever for feeding him and I really don’t want to lose that! Here’s mine!

My 2025 has been chaotic and extremely fast. I began the year not yet on Ribblr, doing lots of digital art and making profit from it. During this time I was also loom knitting little tiny pickles that were just tubes with the ends sewn shut and googly eyes. In early June, about the time school was letting out, I sat down and decided to learn to crochet. It was difficult and I didn’t want to keep going, until I found people on YouTube who made it make sense. I was making single crochet squares and rectangles left and right. I struggled for a while to find patterns and kept being recommended patterns on some site named Ribblr but was unsure about creating an account. Then in early July I got fed up with a limited library of patterns on the internet and created an account. I expected nothing from here- just patterns. Boy was I wrong. Ribblr has helped me grow so much as a crafter and I can’t imagine my crochet journey without Ribblr. I haven’t been crocheting or on here very long at all- just 6 months- but I have learned so much in those 6 months and not without the help of this platform and the wonderful people on it.

Holy cow I didn’t think I wrote that much- anything but sleep at this point

Hoping to double these numbers next year! (Maybe not the pattern releases though. That’d be hard )

I am never going to do all these patterns but I’m certainly going to try!

Here’s my recap!!! This year has been an amazing first year on Ribblr and I can’t believe how much I have grown as a crocheter ever since I joined - from making my first pattern, testing my first pattern, and selling a pattern for the first time. Thank you so much to the Ribblr team for creating such an amazing community of crafters and making all of this possible :pink_heart:
