Well I just started another post about this. But also I’m so excited about it, I’ll add it here too.LOL

This is what I just finished about an hour and a half ago.

My Ribbot I’ve been working on is finally complete!

Mine is HUGE: 13" tall.

I made him in very thick (Bernat Blanket) yarn and used a 9mm hook instead of a 5.

But he’s SO soft. And I also bejeweled around his tummy with some orange beads.

So happy to have my very own Ribbot now. He’s going to sit in my room, watch over my new projects and inspire me.

Yes, that is great. Anything you make that comes from your own hands and heart IS great. And especially if you’re just a beginner, that makes it even more impressive too

i recent/also met making the three Caballeros! if you don’t know what the three caballeros are there the ducks at Mexico in Epcot that have their own ride, I got inspired to making these because me and my family we like to go on that ride a lot and I wanted to give them to the three caballeros like at a meet and greet!!

(P.S. i’ve been trying to add a photo for about 10 minutes and it’s not working. If you do wanna see what they look like they’re in my makes) :)

Just freehanded this bag on a 6 hour plane:flushed_face: but I love it and use it a lot! Cool new feature that you can add your own makes now so I’ll add it!

I’ve been making so many of these for friends at work. They take about 10 minutes with weaving in the ends and helps keep cords organized!

I made turtles out of plastic bags when I found out how bad acrylic yarn is for the environment. I am currently trying to make something for every skein I buy, but that’s proving to be a challenge lol

Friendly reminder that although acrylic yarn is cheap, it’s very harmful to our environment since it sheds microplastics and lasts for centuries in landfills <3

This was the biggest thing I ever made.

It took about a week and a half, and I lost quite a bit of sleep over it:sweat_smile:

I used over 15 different skeins making it, and even had to combine yarns to make them big enough to use a couple times!

It’s the second time I ever did that pattern, but it was worth the pain.

Not all acrylic is bad.

Cotton is healthier for the environment than polyester acrylic, and most acrylics are recyclable!

I made a shoulder buddy of Morph from Treasure Planet. The pattern is still a W.I.P. since it’s my first time making a pattern. He turned out great and everyone at work adores him so much.

ok I probably should be saying this…but I’m working on a few pattern for Halloween/fall and I am going to show these bad boys:

The inspiration behind them are pretty much the way ragdolls look like during the time of Halloween
