Weāll need you to send us a private message as it seems like an issue on your end, so weāll need to dig further.
By the way, we highly recommend writing your pattern directly in Ribbuild, this is what it is best intended to - so you can design and just write step by step and take a photo or video. Itāll save you time and reduce error
