Soooo⦠I just killed a fly. And at first I was all ,ā Oh, yay, it is gone forever!ā But then I look at itās frail body and know that itās family is waiting for it, and I get all sad. Itās ridiculous, but does this happen to anyone else?
I donāt think itās ridiculous at all! Itās how I feel all the time, so I never kill anything even if itās an ant or lanternfly (which Iām deathly afraid of). Also the reason Iāve been looking at the spider in my shower for like 2 months now, wondering about the day I look up and itās gone. Other people think that itās weird, I think that Iām just way too soft
NOOOOOO NOW IM SUPER SADDDDDDD bc my house always gets so many flies in the summer so my family is used to k!ll!ing them, I neverthought of it that way
Your not alone. The other week a spider was on my hand and I got spooked. I jumped and flicked it off and killed it. I wont lie ⦠I cried, I felt soooo bad.
Yeah, I donāt like killing bugs either. Recently, a lot of wasps have been getting into our house, and Iām the only one in my family who hasnāt killed one
I donāt kill bugs anymore because thatās how I feelā and itās not their fault they have to come to our houses to find food and shelter, itās not their fault that theyāre tiny and make a noise!! Thats their life and thereās nothing they can do about it, and we just kill them :ā)
Weāre probably killing lil baby bugs and spiders too and I imagine them have lil kid minds and then just being killedā
Or if there are giants much bigger than us humans and they kill us because we have annoying voices and donāt realize weāre in their house!! I know we would all hate that, but thatās how a bugs life is like
Iām probably overthinking it and I feel to bad but I cry if I accidentally kill a bugā okiii well that was a long rant ima shush now hehe <33
poor flies :(
Itās true, maybe you could just make a fly hole similar to a cat one, where you could shoo them away instead
Give them a small food offering hehe
I try to avoid killing any bugs aside of flies/gnats and mosquitoes, and I donāt feel bad killing those because they potentially have diseases they spread.
Iām pretty positive flies donāt live in any kind of colony or anything, and adult ones live super short lives, their whole purpose is just to mate and then go poof. No flies were missing it, thereās bazillions more out there, no harm was done in getting rid of this one. Itās okay!
When I got to school one day, I was sitting in the courtyard, and I saw a spider. Someone next to me killed it, but then I realized it had egg sacks, so the I felt bad for all the baby spiders that never made it into this world.
