Saftey eye measurements in mm

How do you guys tell the size of saftey eyes and noses if they dont say in mm?

you can get a safety eye measuring tool! they are pretty cheap in some places. or measure with a rly precise ruler? idk tbh

I don’t know how to measure noses, but you can either measure across the longest part and that is the millimeter or if you have a knitting needle/crochet needle like thingy ruler you can measure them with that if you just like search up how to measure them you will get Some videos.
