How do you find the spinning wheel

Open your Feed page
Click on Ribbot, the purple frog in the upper right. Once he shows up, click on his belly. Do this once a day. For regular members I think it is 7 days in a row. For Ribblr+ members it is only 5 days I have 3 days before I can spin again in my case screenshotted below
Then you can spin the wheel

I clicked the learn more and then when I went back in the pop up doesn’t show. I don’t have a free gem and cannot figure out how to claim it now.

Please click on your gem balance. This will re trigger the pop up.

Can you please take a screen recording and send us a private iCloud or Google Photos link in private? We’re not aware of any issues with Gem balance.
