I feel the same way studying for weekly quizzes! I listen to happy video game music and sometimes a random playlist off youtube so I don’t get distracted by words
If I find that happening to me, I usually try to give myself a goal and then I can go on to ribblr for a few mins or play a game. And then I set another goal, and so on. It helps me if I listen to instrumental or lofi music instead of music with lyrics because then I find myself singing along

Here are some tips for you when you are studying. I’m also a student so I can relate but I’ve been doing these things and it’s really helped with my grades.
1.set your desk out, get all your books and stuff that you’ll be needing so you don’t have to leave your chair and everything is in front of you.
2.remove all distractions but I suggest using like black noise or them type of noise to help you focus
- First do all the studying that is top priority and then move to those bit of peices just so you don’t forget.
- Don’t try overloading your brain with so much different topics at once, just do one subject at a time and take it easy
- And last gut not least take some breaks in between to reward yourself like a bit of screen time or maybe that snack but if your worried itll distract you then its alright.

IT HELPS TO FOLLOW ALL STEPS:
✓ Write a To-Do list of only 2-3 things to complete
.Trying to Multitask will probably just make you feel stressed!
✓ Get a SNACK! Try to eat a small, and balanced snack, somthing like nuts, cookies, fruit, and a sandwich. Limit the junk food ![]()
✓ Find a good spot and shew away any distractions like pets, siblings, devices, books, and maybe yarn
make sure the spot is comfortable.
✓ The Break Time! The best bit, but make sure you do like 50 hours of work, and 10 minutes of break (50/10 pomodoro technique). Bring back the distractions
but don’t lose the flow of concentration!!
✓ Write what you worked on! Reflect on what you worked on, what you want to work on the next time you study. Clear your mind! Pour all your thoughts all over a piece of paper!! If you have a notebook you don’t know what to do with, you can use it as a cute study notebook!![]()
