If you chatted in the past 5 minutes you noticed that all the messages were blank. eventually, this went away and you could now see messages. this is less of a call for help, and more to bring awareness. @Ribblr

No, it happened in every chat.
First from 1:30-2pm right before the update went out, and for about 5 minutes around 10pm (CST)
Thank you for lettings us know. Regrettably it seems as if we had been running into degraded performance issues with our chat as our team were working on the upgrade.
Just to share some insights on how our team operates - the key priority is always to avoid down time and data loss so you can continue to use the chat, whilst we work hard in the background

It’s happened twice today. Once for like 30 seconds, and then the one that just happened lasted about 3 minutes
