hi everyone! i was wondering what are some good techniques for sewing appliques/felt pieces to a crocheted hat?
i’ve only ever sewn crochet on crochet & felt on felt so i wasn’t sure if the different materials might affect it? also i know my question might sound a little silly, i do have fabric glue as a back-up but i much prefer sewing ^^
Sewing felt into crochet is the same as sewing crochet on crochet, you have to make the stitches in the yarn so they have something to hold onto. And take small stitches.
