Heyyyy guys!! So, I’m decided to revamp my shop. I just got a new pfp and header by the super talented @jinas , and I LOVE THEM. I also want to take new pictures of my older patterns, and maybe put them through testing again to make them better. This would mean they would be taken down for a couple weeks… If that’s ok with you guys. (And to all the people I owe customs to, I’m really busy but I’m trying to work on them). They’re MAY be paid patterns in the future, but I’m not sure. I love having free patterns because I know the feeling of finding a pattern you love and not being able to get it because it’s paid. I want more people to enjoy my patterns!! Whew, sry for the rambling lol. Comment ideas for what else I could do to make my shop better! And if you oppose the idea of me retesting/picturing my older patterns.

Mercy I LOVE the new look! So sleek! I’m also thinking of having paid patterns because the one I’m currently working on is very intricate. But along with what you said, I love finding a pattern that looks really high quality for free!

I def understand about wanting your patterns to more accessible, but you also deserve to be paid for the work you’re putting in! You can always offer them for free for a set period and then have them periodically on sale thereafter.
I say do what you need to regarding taking them down if it means a better quality pattern as a result. Perhaps you can add to your shop info or personal status to give people a heads up which ones will be under construction. 
A change is as good as a rest as they say.
