hi hi!!! Hopefully someone can help me, i bought yarn from joannâs and it totalled about $30. and i know you have to spend at least $25 to claim a free pattern. However I try to follow the instructions and when I click the pattern I want, it only gives me the option to âbuy yarnâ from ribblr. I kept my receipt, since the promotion says you can shop in store, and thats where the code is. Any ideas? thank you in advance!!

To clarify, in-store purchases should follow the instructions in-store. This includes scanning the QR on your receipt and then youâd be able to claim your pattern.
Online purchases get an email (on JOANN.com) or pop-up and email (on Ribblr.com) to claim their pattern.
If you purchased in-store just check out your receipt! If you are still struggling please reach out to us and send us your receipt.
