I love the color of this red heart stripes retro colors… but I dislike the scratchiness of red heart yarn in general so I typically use it for bags/baskets. Does anyone know of another yarn company that makes a similar yarn color scheme?

However, i did find that soaking RHSS in vinegar- yes vinegar, for 20 minutes or so, then washing machine with downy
Then throw in dryer , hot setting , watch it, till almost all dry. Air dry rest of way. Significantly softer.
My experience. That comes from a staunch RHSS opponent.

I have tried everything on RHSS and it is still itchy, buy so are other acrylic yarns and all wool is incredibly itchy. I have very sensitive skin so have to be careful when ordering online.

Look up ice yarns I hear a lot of good things from the secret yarnery on YouTube about it and she has showed a similar color way
