Small blanket how do I fix the edge

I still am a newbie but I was doing I think it’s called a single stitch all the way around and I did not count the stitches and also I was using a 5mm hook,

So i think I messed up and it got small and smaller so it looks like a triangle also I miss I’m still working on it I just want to know a way so if you guys can please give me your opinions and give me ideas on how to fix it that would be wonderful

I think that you might have done some accidental decreases, which make the piece smaller. I don’t know how to fix it without undoing it though…

after doing each row you have to ch 1 and turn, If your working in rounds, do inc in the corners

This tip! And if you are having trouble keeping track of the last stitch in each row, put a stitch marker in the first stitch after you turned, so you know where to put your last sc in each row.
