hey y’all so my little sis and i are doing a craft stand in may but she can’t seem to get her project to not have holes? thats the best i can explain it she sews by the way can y’all give her some advice also she’s to young to have Ribblr so that’s why im saying this also here’s a cute pic of a tree ok so she sews SEWS!!! she doesn’t crochet I would not be asking for help if it was crochet Sorry if I sound rude it’s just kinda frustrating that people are saying it’s crochet when I said it is sewing

im assuming its abt crochet but it may be her tension? if she has inconstant tension there will be parts that are more open than others, also another reason could be the way shes dec? like if shes making a ball shape and the amount of Dec is too quick it will come out with holes at the bottom. I would recommend her sizing down from the recommended hook size for the yarn shes using just till she can control her tension, also It makes stitches look much cleaner :)

no its okay but that wasnt in her message before, it was edited i think after she got so many giving tips on crocheting. but I did see the she sews but understood it as shes sewing her projects together
