Started school?

Has anyone one else already started school and struggling to find time to look on Ribblr? My school is a no phone policy so I can’t check it during the day and I’m struggling to apply for testing because of homework. Plus by the time I’m done I just don’t have the energy to crochet. I’m super bummed about it because I just started getting into Ribblr over the summer. Anyone else struggling with that?

At my school we can have phones during passing time, in the morning (before school starts), and during lunch, or if the teacher allows free time and allows phones

Yep, I really wanna test things but I just don’t have the time cause of school.

I’m homeschooled so I don’t have as much of a problem with it but I still am not on Ribblr as much as I used to be so I have missed some tester calls I would have really liked to do. I get your struggle though!

if your school provides devices, you can log into ribblr online on it! that’s what I do so I can crochet at school

Ooooo that’s smart! Hopefully they didn’t block it on my device :sob:

I actually haven’t started school yet (another two weeks ) but at my school, we each get a Chromebook which I can use Ribblr on so I should hopefully be able to look on here during school! I’m still not excited though :smiling_face_with_tear:

I’m going to try to whip up a free pattern soon. Anyone in the comments who are struggling to make it to a tester call drop me a follow and a PM so when I post it (i would say I’ll try to post it by this weekend) I’ll make sure to prioritize those of you who are in school xoxo

It’s probably going to be a leggy frog -BUT I’m going to add a no sew tutu on it.

I’m homeschooled so I don’t exactly have this problem, but my parents recently implemented a system where we do two separate sessions of school a day.
All WiFi shuts off at 11 when we go to bed, and then we’re supposed to wake up around 11 so we get lots of sleep.
Then we eat and do school and the WiFi gets turned back on at about 13:00. Free time until 15:30-16:30 and then it’s math time!
Then free time until 11.
Now the only reason this sucks is the time I use my phone the most is in the middle of the night lmao. I’ve also been struggling to get as much crocheting done. I do love this schedule though!

if your school does chromebooks you can get on ribblr on there just to look around? or maybe set yourself a crochet day?

for our school you can do that stuff during study hall or library or free time, you can also do it when recess is inside. And you can also do it in after school thingy
