Step by step stripe account to make a paid pattern?

Hey!!! So I will be releasing a couple patterns in the next week and I want them to be paid, I make a stripe account but have no idea how to start or what to do, can anyone give me a step by step tutorial on how to use stripe for ribblr, and if I do it after the pattern is released or during the testing phase..? Help is appreciated!!! Thank youuu

You need to go to Stripe first to create an account.

Then come back to Ribblr to link it.

to make a pattern paid, you change the price when clicking the draft button on the bottom right of a pattern
it then takes you to this screen

first thing is the price, and you can change that to whatever price you want
then, you can choose your options for the other boxes
finally, click publish

i do not have a stripe account, however, i believe this is how you do it.

first, you go to your shop, and click shop manager

then go to your shop manager, and the sell tab. there should be an option like this.

click it, and it should bring you to stripe, where you can create an account!

i suggest you do this before it is in testing, so you can see if you are eligible to get stripe.

So I don’t have to create a link in stripe or anything?

I am pretty sure that you need to first create a stripe account (if you don’t have one already), then go to shop manager –> sell–> connect with stripe. once the accounts are linked, you can do what @strawberrycat49 said.

no, you have to first link the stripe account first, then you can do what i said to make a pattern paid
so when you get a sale, ribblr takes a small portion and the rest is transferred to the stripe account

Step 1. Go to the Stripe website to set up a Stripe account. Link attached below.

Step 2. Enter the details requested.

  • Email
  • Full Name
  • Password
  • Country

Then click on “Create Account”

Step 3. Email verification

Keep an eye on your inbox for a message from Stripe which will include an email verification link.
