The Herringbone Double Crochet Stitch

(Recommended tutorial by: Make & Do Crew or anybody else)

To make this stitch…

  1. Yarn over and insert hook into the stitch
  2. Yarn over and Pull through
  3. Pull through the first loop on the hook through the second loop [total 2 loops on the hook]
  4. Yarn over and pull through the first loop
  5. Yarn over and pull through both loops on the hook

You can use this stitch for:

Bags
Cowls
etc.
