U could make a heart pillow, but i know from working with this b4 it might be a little hard. Basically, it could either be 2 rectangles sewn together to make one side like this:
Or you could even have a little bit and continue to increase (just pull two through one hole, and then when you get to the half ovals at the top of a heart you could continue on one side and decrease and then go back to the other side and do it, and then do this 2x and sew them together
