I’m planning to start work on a very complicated tapestry blanket after Christmas - does anyone have video recommendations for handling multiple colors? I’ll be using 16… which is more than a little intimidating lol

I didn’t find a video. But maybe some tips. I have done several projects requiring a lot of bobbins. We created this to hold them all. (view of the mess)
My biggest tip is to pay attention when turning it over to work on the next row. Be sure to go back and forth, not continue turning the same direction or it will get tangled like this. Untangle often, especially after adding a new color in the middle. Have fun. Excited to see what you make.
Also, if you are crocheting over yarns in the back, don’t get them too tight.
