Hi! I want to make a tapestry of One Piece (the anime), are there any good starters I can do? I’m making my boyfriend a gift for his birthday. Also, what’s a good yarn to use when doing tapestries?

Best to stick with either a dk or worsted weight yarn and the corresponding hook on the yarn label.

I’m not sure how big you’re looking to go, but I did find these pixel arts (although I know nothing of one piece, so sorry if these aren’t what you’re looking for). Basically you just chain as many pixels that are in the bottom row, plus one turning chain, and then sc from there, color changing when you need! I would say worsted weight would probs be best.
