Tester call for Crochet: 2-in-1 Kitty and Bunny Low-Sew Crochet Pattern [Closed]

Hi guys!! I need testers for my Kitty and Bunny crochet pattern! This is a low-sew pattern, so all you have to sew on are the ears :)

The PDF version of this pattern will be out for testing on my Instagram as well. You’re more than welcome to apply to both!! :grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes:

:sparkles:This is meant to be a customizable pattern, so feel free to make a bunny with overalls or a cat with a dress! :sparkles:

**NOTE: I used very thin chenille yarn (Ricorumi nilli nilli) and a 2.5 mm hook for my kitty and bunny, so the size of your make could be very different from mine depending on what yarn and hook size you use!

Due Date: January 19th
Please only apply if you’re able to finish on time, and pleaseee let me know if you want to opt out of testing! If you have not completed the journal (with a picture) by the due date with no explanation, I will have to assume that you no longer want to test the pattern and remove you :(

Additional Requirements:
:yarn: Those able to use thinner velvet yarn will have priority! But I’d also love to see how they turn out with thicker plush or other types of yarn! Feel free to switch up the colors!

:camera: Please make a journal with at least one good picture in it (good lighting + clear/uncluttered background if possible). I especially love natural lighting/outdoor pics :D I’ll use that picture in tester appreciation! :)

  • I may also use photos for promotional purposes, so let me know if you don’t want your picture included. Thanks!

:envelope: Use the group chat to discuss any concerns, feedback, or things you’re confused about. Let me know about errors/suggestions in the group chat—not in the final journal please!

:speech_balloon: Comment what yarn and hook size you would use (bonus: add what colors you’d use)! Also, let me know what you’d like to test (dress/overalls + cat/bunny)

(Note: if you don’t have any makes on Ribblr yet, please attach at least one picture of your make(s))

Thank you! :)

I’ll be picking testers within 3 days.

They’re adorable! I’d love to test the bunny in a dress using chenille velvet or parfait chunky yarn (both size 6 I think, velvet maybe a little smaller) in white and pink with a 3.5 mm hook. :rabbit:

This pattern is so adorable, I would love to test! I would make the bunny in the dress, in premier parfait chunky, with a 5.5 mm hook, in colors white and blue! :rabbit:

They are so cute! Would it be okay if I used acrlyic yarn? I love using acrylic yarn cause then it can be a keychain. If i do use acrylic yarn, I will use a 3.5 mm hook.  :yarn: :)

I’d love to test!!! have thinner chenille purple and blue and yellow. Purple for the dress, blue for the kitty and the yellowish color for the faces and bodies/hands and feet. I’d like to test both the cat and bunny and 5 mm hook. :cat:

ooo I’d love to test this with a brown, and light blue in size 5 with a 2.5mm hook. I would like to do the bunny in a dress!:light_blue_heart::rabbit_face:

I would love to test both! For the cat I would use YarnArt Dolce in white with a 5.5 mm hook. And same yarn in lilac for the dress.

For the bunny I would use YarnArt Dolce Baby with a 3.5 hook and I have beautiful gradient yarn (YarnArt Dolce Vita) in pink for the overalls.

It seems I get a little rush of joy when I see tester call from you :hugs:

Thank you for all your hard work

I would love go test, they are so cute! I would use a 2.5 mm hook and acrylic yarn. I would use white as my main color and maybe red for the clothes, but I havent fully decided yet. I could make whatever combo is prefered.

I could also use thinner velvet yarn in grey for the animal and pink for the clothes and a 3mm hook, but I havent fully decided to double check if I have enough yarn.

I’d love to test, but I have no time:sweat_smile: good luck with testing :+1:

I would love to test! I think I would make the bunny in the dress, with cozy cub yarn with a 4mm hook.

I’m not sure what colors I would use, but I would maybe try to make a spotted bunny with the main color being white/cream with dark brown spots. And the dress would probably be light green :herb::rabbit::dress:

What’s the biggest round/row number?

Cause I have size 7 jumbo chenille particularly a large quantity of heathered green Chennille Home yarn, and I’d love to test the clothes too, I would be able to do the one by the due date, I’d prefer to do the dress bunny if possible (once I know the biggest round size, so I know if the timing is doable), but I’d be happy to test either, I’m not sending my application yet since I won’t know if I can make the deadline without the highest stitch count round

Bunny dress or cat dress are my preferences, I forgot to add the outfit would be green and the animal a light grey. And either a 6.5mm - 8mm hook I usually stay in that hook range for the yarn but I don’t have a for sure until I start

And I have several makes you can check on ribblr, my most recent red fox one is complete, just needed to wait to take the final cover picture today
