I’d love to try it out! I don’t have thin elastics, but I have elastic string I use for making Kandi bracelets.

Would love to test with bernat blanket plush yarn and 5 or 6mm hook and I have alot of elastics have been looking for a scrunchies pattern

I may be wrong but you may have a row missing in the pattern of DC…..you have HDC written and it is supposed to be DC to work.
